CAITLIN SAVAGE

Caitlin comes to Dark Light with a background in theatrical lighting. Designing for multiple Universities and local programs across the U.S. In University she studied both lighting principles and business, building an in-depth knowledge of each. She is intrigued by how lighting design can power a building’s interior through the overall aesthetic and pace. Whereas lighting design has the ability to create an experience for the audience at play. A specific experience based on the environment, the architecture, and the context at hand.

Caitlin has a B.A in Theater with a focus in Entertainment Technology and Lighting Design. With a minor in Arts Enterprises and Cultural Innovations. Studying at Western Washington University where she graduated with magna cum laude distinction
